Flax seeds are a rich composition product that is useful for maintaining and cleansing the entire body. Flax seeds for the liver are recommended for existing pathologies and for their prevention. The product is sold in the form of whole or crushed seeds of 50 or 100 grams.
USE FOR LIVER DISEASES
Flaxseed liver cleaning is recommended for:
- alcohol abuse;

Flax seeds are ground in a coffee grinder. Put 1 teaspoon in half a glass of kefir – in this amount take flax seeds to clean the liver for 7 days.
In the second week, two teaspoons are already added to the same volume of kefir. From the beginning of the third week – three spoons. Instead of kefir, you can use other low-fat dairy products.
Grinding flax seeds is recommended right before use. Otherwise, they quickly oxidize, acquire a bitter taste and lose their beneficial qualities.
Flax seeds with acute hepatic colic are not taken orally, but are used as an external remedy. To do this, a glass of seeds is ground to a powder state, placed in a tissue bag. Then, tightly tied, dipped in boiling water for ten minutes.
After this time, a bag is taken out and applied to the sore spot. Cover with a scarf or a warm scarf, leave for thirty minutes.
Flaxseed with cirrhosis should be taken very carefully and only after consulting a doctor. In this case, it is simply crushed to a powder state and taken for food.

This decoction is useful for the prevention of liver diseases after prolonged use of drugs or other toxic factors affecting the liver. A third of the glass is poured with a liter of boiling water. The resulting mixture is put in a water bath and simmer for about 2 hours over low heat.
The resulting broth is cooled to room temperature and taken in a glass three times a day. The next day you need to cook a fresh broth. The duration of the course for cleansing the liver is up to 21 days.
For the liver, flax seeds can be taken in the form of water infusion.
It is prepared like this:
- Put 1.5 teaspoons of flax seeds in a bowl.
- Pour 200 ml of boiling water.
- Cover with a tight lid.
- Insist half an hour.
- Filter and carefully squeeze out the remaining raw materials.
This aqueous extraction is taken 50 ml three times a day before meals. Duration of admission is up to three weeks. Flaxseed infusion is useful for cleansing and maintaining liver function.
When treating the liver with flax seeds, the following symptoms may appear:
