Topical information of diclofenac dosing 3% Gel: Apply sufficient amount and cover each keratosis lesion twice daily and rub gently for 60-90 days. Complete healing of lesions cannot be evident for 30 days after cessation of therapy.
Usual Adult Dose for Osteoarthritis:
Apply gel (4 g) to the affected legs or knee and ankle four times a day and rub gently. Do not apply more than 16 g daily to anyone joint lower limb.
Apply the gel (2 g) to the affected side or knee or wrist four times a day and rub gently. Do not apply more than 8 g daily to anyone joint upper limb.

Topical solutions of 1.5%:
10 drops at a time, either directly on the knee or first in the hands and then on the knee. Evenly around the front, back and sides of the knee. Repeat this procedure until 40 drops are applied and the knee is completely covered with the solution. Wash hands thoroughly after administering the product. Wait until the area is completely dry before covering the clothing or applying sunscreen, repellent, cosmetics, topical medications or other substances.

Acute pain, due to minor strains, dislocations, and bruises:
